User agreement
Terms for using the RustMain website and receiving in-game kits.
The payment system is not connected yet. Submitting a request does not charge money or commit you to paying. The terms of a paid order must be communicated and agreed before payment.
01. General terms
1.1. The RustMain website at https://cosmosirius.ru/rust/ provides information about the Rust game server, its community and available in-game kits. The Provider is individual entrepreneur Khasanov Alexander Igorevich, tax ID (INN) 773165159730, registration number (OGRNIP) 318774600654543.
1.2. A User is a site visitor or player contacting the Provider. Receiving a kit requires access to Rust and a Steam account that can connect to the server. The game purchase and access to Steam are not included in the kit price.
1.3. RustMain is an independent gaming project. Selling a kit does not constitute selling Rust, a Steam account or exclusive rights to the game. Names and materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
1.4. Browsing the website and submitting a message do not create a paid service contract. Once payments become available, these terms and the agreed order description form the Provider’s offer to enter into a contract. Paying for a specific order after reviewing its terms constitutes acceptance. Before payment, the User must have access to the kit contents, price, delivery period and applicable restrictions.
1.5. The User enters into transactions within their legal capacity. If consent from a legal representative is required by law, it must be obtained before placing a paid order.
02. Requests and in-game kits
2.1. A kit consists of the in-game items and quantities listed on its product card, provided on the RustMain server for the specified Steam ID. These are virtual in-game features; no physical shipping is involved.
2.2. Before submitting a request, the User checks the complete kit contents, price, bonuses and recipient’s Steam ID. An in-game name and contact for replies are also required. Bonuses follow the conditions shown when placing the request and require no separate payment.
2.3. The website assigns a request number. Keep it for contacting the admins. Catalog changes do not change an already agreed and paid order without the User’s consent.
2.4. While online payments are unavailable, requests are sent to an admin for manual processing. The admin confirms kit availability and fulfillment terms. The User may cancel an unpaid request through the contact form.
2.5. If a Steam ID is incorrect, report the request number and correct identifier as soon as possible. The Provider will check whether it can be corrected. Incorrect delivery is reviewed individually, preserving the User’s statutory rights.
03. Payment and delivery
3.1. Catalog prices are in Russian rubles. Paid kits are payment for a specific provision, not unconditional donations. These terms do not provide for recurring charges or paid subscriptions.
3.2. Once payments are connected, payment methods and payment service details will be shown before payment. The final amount and any extra charges must be disclosed in advance. Do not transfer money solely on the basis of published bank details without an agreed order.
3.3. The delivery period, its starting point and the claim procedure must be communicated before payment and recorded in the order or correspondence. If these have not been agreed, the Provider does not offer to accept payment for that order. Instant automatic delivery is not promised at this stage.
3.4. After processing a request, an admin adds the kit to the delivery queue. To receive the items, connect to the server and use /получить. If inventory space is insufficient, free up space and repeat the command. Adding a kit to the queue does not itself confirm receipt of all items.
3.5. If items are missing, contents differ from the order or a duplicate charge occurs, contact the Provider with the order number. The Provider checks payment and delivery, corrects the error or refunds payment where there is a valid basis.
3.6. The Provider supplies a fiscal receipt when and as required by law. Contact details needed to send the receipt are requested before payment. Do not send bank card details, security codes or confirmation codes through the contact form.
04. Game rules and world state
4.1. Received items are used in the game world. They can be consumed or lost through gameplay, character death and raids. A purchase does not provide invulnerability or guarantee item preservation during normal play.
4.2. A wipe resets the relevant world or progress data. A restart, event or player gathering that preserves the map is not a wipe. Conditions for retaining paid but undelivered kits during a planned reset must be communicated before payment; rights relating to unfulfilled orders remain in force.
4.3. Users must follow the published server rules. Cheats, exploiting vulnerabilities and interfering with the website or server are prohibited. Access restrictions take the violation into account; the User may request an explanation and review. A ban alone does not cancel lawful payment or refund claims.
4.4. Maintenance and outages may occur. The Provider communicates known circumstances affecting order fulfillment and agrees on a solution if delivery is delayed. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
05. Cancellation and refunds
5.1. To cancel an order, report a defect or request a refund, use the admin contact form or write to the Provider’s postal address. Include the order number, Steam ID, payment date and amount, reason for contacting us and reply details. Do not provide a full card number or security codes.
5.2. The User may withdraw from a service contract under applicable law. Only actual, documented expenses incurred by the Provider in fulfilling that specific contract may be taken into account. No fixed cancellation penalty is imposed.
5.3. Claims about late, incomplete or improper delivery are reviewed in light of the violation and statutory remedies. No unconditional ban on refunds applies. Normal gameplay loss of items already delivered properly does not itself constitute defective performance.
5.4. Refunds are made to the payer, normally using the original payment method. If technically impossible, another permitted method is agreed with recipient verification. Claims are fulfilled within the statutory period for the applicable grounds; bank processing does not remove the Provider’s obligations.
06. Data and communication
6.1. Processing orders and messages uses the User’s supplied name, Steam ID, contact details, message and order information. Technical connection data and service cookies are used for sessions, form protection and abuse prevention. Do not include unnecessary personal data in free-text fields.
6.2. The Provider uses data to process the relevant request, fulfill the contract and meet legal obligations. This agreement does not replace separate consent to personal data processing where required, and does not constitute consent to marketing messages.
6.3. Form messages are available to admins in a private panel. A copy including the topic, name, contact and message is sent through the Telegram Bot API to an admin’s private chat. Users may start the bot and continue a text conversation on Telegram: messages go to the admins and replies return to the User’s private chat with the bot. Chat and message identifiers, texts and delivery states are stored for delivery. The private link shown after form submission links the request to the chat; do not share it. The notification does not include an IP address. The /stop command stops Telegram reply delivery; /start resumes it. Requests about your data and orders can also be sent to the postal address in section 8.
07. Liability and changes
7.1. Relations with the Provider are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, preserving mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Where these terms conflict with those rights, the law applies.
7.2. The User may contact the Provider to resolve disagreements. This does not restrict the right to contact competent authorities or courts, or impose a mandatory pre-trial procedure where the law does not require one. Jurisdiction is determined by law.
7.3. New versions are published with a revision date and apply to new orders. They do not retroactively worsen an existing contract. Changes to a specific paid order require agreement where required by law.
